WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate based on the website you are using.

We offer a payment option in 3 installments.
You can select this option during checkout.


HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving the confirmation email, please contact us via our Support Center.

Please note:
We can only modify your order before it has been shipped.
Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you have not received a confirmation email, it may be because:

  • The email address was entered incorrectly when placing the order
  • The email has been sent to your spam folder
